On completion of the design process your Project Director will enter your drawings into manufacture. Your project will have been planned into a manufacturing schedule to ensure that your project is progressed through the process to meet an agreed schedule.
The manufacturing process for any piece of bespoke furniture is labour intensive and the vast majority of which is completed in house. Where possible we aim to reduce this time in manufacturing by using advanced CNC machinery. We are able to expand our manufacturing capabilities to include a wide variety of specialist contractors such as metal and glass fabricators to ensure that every component of your furniture has been constructed to the same exacting standards.
Your furniture will be finished to the highest standards using our purpose built spray booth and materials from the market leaders in wood coatings. It is at this stage where we will apply various lacquer finishes. Alternatively finishes such as waxes and oils can be applied dependant on your specification. We always complete as much of the project as possible before installation by means of fitting required ironmongery and assembling the furniture to a stage allowing us to minimise the installation time.
Whilst your furniture is in production, your Project Director will liaise with contractors you may have engaged to ensure that services are positioned correctly and so we can be fully prepared to install your furniture to the agreed schedule.
At Jigsaw we pride ourselves on completing the manufacture of your furniture to the highest standards and aim to exceed your expectations in every aspect. Whilst your furniture is in production we would welcome you to visit the workshop to appreciate the workmanship and attention to detail involved in crafting any bespoke furniture.
